Medicaid managed care programs available to Medicaid eligible individuals enrolled in Safety Net (formerly Home Relief) and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) (formerly Aid to Dependent Children) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Current Plans are Blue Choice Option, Premier Option, HMO Blue Option
Child Health Plus
A managed care program available to children who are not eligible for Medicaid and whose family’s income is 250% below the federal poverty level. The product covers children up to the age of nineteen.
Family Health Plus
Implemented November 2001, is a managed care program that covers adults who have incomes or assets greater than the current Medicaid eligibility standards up to 150% of the poverty level.
