Health Awareness

You can eat healthy by including vegetables, whole grains, and either fat free or low fat milk. Eat meat without a lot of fat, chicken or turkey, fish, beans, eggs and nuts. To be healthy, limit fats, salt and sugar.

Choose food that is closest to the way it grows… a fresh apple is healthier than a high sugar apple drink. High fiber bread is better for you than white bread.
